A Visit from Grandma

She came bearing gifts for Princess Cupcake

(aka Princess Up-n-Down)

The boys' gift was the game Twister which is now different from the original version. The rings were used for all manner of things, including a kiddie-pool ring toss!

We discovered a local farmers' market which had sweet corn, so we brought some home for lunch.  Here's Cupcake enjoying her first ear of corn...

We visited the Land of Little Horses in Gettysburg, PA. (They had goats and all sorts of other animals, too.)

Pony rides were in order as well.

And, of course, a much-needed nap when we left!

The next day it was time for Grandma to go and visit her other grandkids, so they came to pick her up and we had some fun cousin-play-time.
