The boys enjoyed a walk in the woods - or rather a sled-ride through the woods - over the weekend. Uncle Dan had put out corn for the turkeys the night before, so we trekked in to try to catch a glimpse of the turkeys feeding. The snow, however, was frozen and crunchy. So the turkeys heard us coming and we only caught a glimpse of them shuffling away through the trees. But the boys enjoyed getting out into the fresh air. Mr. Blue-Eyes walked with no problem, but Boo-Boo was pulled on the sled or carried most of the way. I suppose waddling like the Abominable Snowman was tiresome for him.
